October 2009... Wow!!

Finally!!! What a month!!!

Well let's see!!!! October was sure one to remember... Here's the shocker... I stopped working to stay at home with Blakelyn and to help work in our plumbing office... Although I have been really busy with Blake I have tried my hardest to be of some assistance to Jimmy in the office.

Anyway, Blakelyn is still going to the little church school and liking it more and more every time she goes. She paints lots of pics and colors all kinds of pretty pics!!!

La Grange

Blakelyn spent the weekend in La Grange with her god family!!! They had soooo much fun...well until it was time to go night, night ahhahah Sorry! :) They went to paint pumpkins one day and went to a La Grange high school football game!!!

Another day in Somerville!!!

An adventure to say the least!!! Kristen and I decided to take our girls to Somerville for the day to play in the water!! O lordy two 2 year olds....the ride there was eventful I will just put it that way!! The ride home wasn't as bad thank goodness!! Neither of us got any sleep! But, the girls had fun so that's all that matters!! Enjoy the pics. Kristen... I just want to apologize again ahahhaha

First day of school hehehe

Here are a few pictures from Blakelyn's first day at "school" ahahha I signed her up for a Mother's Day Out class two days a week!!! It's so cute. They take a lunch and eat at a little bitty table with their little friends! They take nap mats which they sleep on or rest on in some of the kids cases. Some of the kids dont sleep at all they just run around like crazy! Blakelyn sleeps right through it! hehehe O and she has to take a back pack with an extra change of clothes and her pull ups! She calls her back pack her BOCK BOCK! ahahhahahah

Blakelyn's 2 year check up!

The dr said she is right on schedule. She weighs 34 lbs and is 36" tall. Although he did say for us to lay off the whole milk hahaha. She is ranking pretty high for her height and weight! Down to skim milk I guess haha

And she's 2! Happy Birthday Blakelyn!

O my lord. The kid got sooo much stuff at her party! She has plenty of clothes to get her through winter that's for sure! Thanks to everyone for all that you got her!She got to play w her little friends and her cousins she couldn't have been happier. At one point we looked out in the backyard and she had stripped down to nothing and was in her pool with all her little guests lol. So, unfortunatly she wore her swim suit for the rest of the party... Once Mandy got it on her that is!! hahahah

Her cake was shaped like a pinwheel!!! hehehehhe It turned out wonderful!

Lambs and Goats!

Lindsey had a lamb and goat show in Katy recently. We HAD to join them. Blakelyn couldn't believe her eyes when she saw the lambs and goats. They were soft and the size of doggies! At one point she helped Linds walk her lamb haha so cute! If my child doesn't end up in some sort of ag program I'm not real sure what I'm going to do with myself. lol.

A day in Somerville

We went to Sville for the day a few weekends ago. We went swimming and played by the pond. Blakelyn loves it there. We ate lunch at Big Creeks new grill and headed back home. Here are a few pics from our excursion.
